Haven't been that active on the board for a long long time. Do to personal reason, just not enough time. Black3 and I took a 265 mile over night trip.Forgot how much even with the factory seat modified with gel pac...can hurt !!! Think it's time to look into doing something :-(
Black3 has a 2012 with a 120" motor...sweet ride. Like aux lighter in the trunk. Also the 6 gal fuel tank is extremely nice!!!
Shake down cruise had a few issues...high idle problem came back and on the trip back, the cruise would light but not engage. Made for an even more uncomfortable ride.....hand got sore from no cruise and then worrying about when I'd stop or get stuck going home in Chicago traffic would the idel be stuck at 2000 rpm?
Looks like I have some work to do.....hope to be on the board more

i had MeanCity lower and narrow my seat so i could flat foot it but while they were at it i had Memory foam added . after it broke in i have rode a few 500 mile days NP no pain . way cheaper than a new seat my total including shipping both ways was just under $150
On my '09 I had the high idle only some times, turns out the bike's ECU has idle memory from the last 3 times you shut the bike off, so if you blipped the throttle and shut off, the result is a high idle when next start. To correct this, turn ignition on for 15 sec. then off for 15 sec. and repeat on off 3 times. I now let bike idle for 15 sec. before shut off. Works for me.
