Any compression issues? Cam change?

No other changes...from what I've read the 266 cam that comes with the 120R is ideal.

The cam that comes with the 120r is ok for the blower it is not the best but will work very well. We have are Dragos 656 blower cam that bolts right in. And makes big numbers...........
I will call you later to see how things are going.
