I have a new klockwerks 6.5 dark tint. Is yours a dark tint? If so I'll trade you since I need a taller one. I'll pay the freight. I need an 8.5 since I'm 6'1"

You're not supposed to look through a Klock or any of the recurve windshields for that matter. You are supposed to look over them. You may want to contact Klock to get some help with sizing the windshield for you. They were great to talk to when I called them.
My 8.5" Klock is the greatest thing since sliced bread on my 2010 Ultra.
Good luck.

Maybe "Yer" not to be looking through the shield, but I am. I look through my car's windshield every time I drive it too.
If you're looking through the bottom part of the shield, probably not a problem. but I can see how it's hard to look through the actual bend on the recurve

I have a fastair ultra 8" in dark tint. I don't notice any distortion but usually look over the top. I do notice the tint a little when I'm tucked under it in the rain or dark but not bad. You should be able to look over it by 2-4" unless your slouchin. Sounds like you need a 6" or a phone book under your ****
