Well everyone, I figured it out. After checking the stuff pointed out by everyone here, I checked the 3.5mm plug where the audio goes from the gps to the nim and I found my problem there. On the nim end of the harness the little ferrule on the cable wouldn't let the gps harness fully connect like it needed to. Doh!! A little bit of work with a knife and a gunsmith file and the two plugged together properly. Everything works great now! Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

Great...Just remember how to adjust the NAV volume on the HK radio. Can only do it while the NAV is speaking.

Glad to hear you got it fixed....!

I'm driving cross-country right now (Rochester, NY to San Diego,CA) and my 660/NIM is an excellent tool!

I wanted to be sure it worked soon. Got to figure everything out on this new bike before taking off for 2 weeks the end of July.
