Thanks for all the well wishes. I bought new, hoping to pick it up Friday. It's stock but I'll post pics when I get it.

In two weeks you won't even care about that Wide Glide.
It only took me about 2 miles to forget about my Fat Boy when I went bagger.

I went from a 10' Wide Glide to my 11' Road Glide ,at first it felt a little heavy.
After about 3 hrs , I was good to go. I don't miss my W/G at all now , my Roadie is awesome riding . Your going to love your bagger.

congrats on the new ride! Went from a Low Rider to a Street Glide in 2010 and never looked back. Since you already did the stage one, ride it a while and figure out what's important to you. Best mod I made was Progressive 940's in back and Monotubes up front. Best bang for the buck was Harley Goodies extenders for the foot boards. Since it's so hot here in Texas, I recently added a Captain Itch Crotch Cooler. Heard it's going to be in the high 90's up there so you might be wanting one of those real soon!

Once you get the motor where you think you want it.. the next comfort thing I would suggest would be a winshield, handlebars, or a seat.. You will want to be confrtable on those longer rides..

"Ride Like a Pro" video for size difference. Better windshield, I like Klock Werks. Stage 1 from Fuel Moto, better seat, Boom Audio speakers, then lots of chrome baby!!!
