Gmoney, I have some Olympias that I swear by. They are kinda old and I don't see them here, but they have quite a selection...http://www.olympiagloves.com/gloves.html
Among my hundred or so pairs of gloves, , I have a pair of Lee Parks Deerskin PCI Insulated Gloves I got at Fox Creek. Expensive, but very nice. They won't keep your hands warm below 40*, but above this they're great. At least for me. Check them out... http://www.foxcreekleather.com/131.html#description2

I agree with Petemac, these are quality gloves, you'll not only find them warm but the deerskin shell is soft yet very resilient...
Well, my best pair of gloves for ice fishing also turns out to be my best pair of gaunlet gloves for riding. They're from Cabelas and they're so warm and soft that nothing else comes close:
I have to agree with yoopermjm, those from Cabela's are great. I lost a pair last year coming home from the Last Brass Monkey Run and haven't yet replaced them but soon. I wore them on the Children's Hospital Kids run when the temps were in the teens and fingers didn't get cold.
