Default Group Buy?

Ah'm talking with a lift distributor, who's offered ta set up a group buy pricing schedule. Mah first question is what's the procedure fer doin' this? Don't wanna do sumthin' outta line. I also want to clarify that this will be a "no-kickback" deal. Whatever he sets as a price is the price ah'll pay as well (ah don't do thangs that way).

One of the things that could make this sweet is that ah'm also active on the WOTI list (Wings on the Internet), and will be makin' the same offer there, so we may be able ta git sum sweet pricin'.

Thanks!

Let see some pics and list price so that we can make some educated comments. What brand, electric / hydralic? Tire clamp or not? does the back come off for tire removal? Does it have wider side panels to accomodate a quad? Does it fold up for storage? Inquring minds want to know. You might want to throw this out on the Harley Chat area, more responses = cheaper price?

Not trying to stump on the deal but, BadAzz I bought a Hardy Lift from F & S Harley in Dayton Oh. Felt the price was reasonable and your close enough you could be there in an hour and save on shipping. Due to the weight of the lift you'll save a chunk on shipping alone.

Possible - but then again, until we get clarity on pricin' an' such, it's hard ta say. Freight IS a consideration, though - an' where possible, ah'd suggest folks think about tryin' to git together with others in their area and git multiple lifts sent to one address. Best is a commercial addy, since ya git better rates that way also! Local HOG members are settin' theirs up that way - one of our members has a company with a forklift, so he's gonna let us git 'em delivered there, an' we'll jest pick 'em up from his place.
