I recently replaced my saddlebag reflectors with more chrome...shocker, I know.
Rather than throw the reflectors out, I decided to re-use them on the tour pak. A recent accident involving a friend who was rear ended got me thinking the more light on my ****, the better!
Went out last night for a ride...my buddy couldn't get over the reflectors working as actual lights. He said when the light hits them, it looks like they are functioning lights.
looks good. anything to make our bikes more noticable.
Well you could put the "RAM Mount" pistol holster up by your throttle - that will definitely get you noticed. Hmmm.....I bet it would also work as a safety device against cagers for multiple purposes.
One of the many reasons I put a tourpak on my King. I put a tail light conversion kit on the bike and installed the HD LED tourpak light kit also. It brings the not so bright tail light (now lights) up and in your face, with brighter LED's! It still doesn't leave me worry free when stopped at intersections or when in bad weather, but it's an extra measure of safety!
