I purchased a new fiberglass lid and box (King Tour Pak) from Calvery Fiberglass and neither have any holes. Are there any templates to drill the holes for the wrap around backrest, hinges, latches, lock, and base?
If there are no templates, you might have to do some basic layout and transfer the holes from the hardware.
You could find someone with a tourpack to get some basic demensions.

Dave if you find any templates or ideas to make this
Process better plz let me know thanks
I have a template for the HD back rest for a touring bike. Don't know if it would work for you. Shoot me a PM with your address and I'll put it in the mail on Monday. It came with a replacement backrest from HD.
Doing those holes is tedious I know. Been there done that. Had to do the mount again the other day as I went from a 04 RK to a 12 RG.
I tried to find the one I bought off ebay (a guy in NH or Vermont makes them out of fiberglas) fortunately he offers to install HD hinges and latches for $115. While looking, I came across this item and there are some good pictures with dimensions that may help you item#400310419431....
If you don't have the back rest, check out the one Mustang offers, it's better than H-D's MUCH easier to mount and the arm rests are 2" longer. Very nice.
Here is mine now on the RG getting ready for Sturgis and our summer ride..
BTW, I have the quick detach rack from my other bike for sale in the classifieds if anyone needs one.

That's one hell of a V-Twin cooling fan in the upper right of that attached pic...
