Good reply. The silliness here sometimes is over the top, especially from those who purport to be the "hard core" folks who don't keep theirs in the garage when not riding, and preach that washing the the thing isnt cool... Mental midgets.

And a lot of folks would rather ride their bikes than spend time washing and detailing them - and don't get all OCD when the bikes get dusty or buggy.

Maybe you should get off the computer and go ride your dirty bike then?

Wish I could, but it's snowing pretty good right now - wouldn't want to get snowflake prints on it.

You don't care about protecting your investment, just ride it in the snow...

That gives me time for another Captain and coke and another cigar.

Does she have a sister? LOL

If you keep up with it , it won't get out of hand. Gets a quick detail after every ride. I NEVER use a power washer on it. If I do wash it, I dry it real good, hit it with a detailer ( Denim Black ) and that's it.
