Compensator could have come apart and caught in the primary drive, seen it happen on an 08'.... First place I would look is the primary like someone else said....
I happened to be at the dealer the other day and the service manager walked out with aball off metal in his hand, said the comp peeled off and was rattling in the primary chain, didn't lock the rear wheel but one other one he seen did.... Funny how you don't hear about the problem.... I don't recall the year the one locked up on but the one in his hand was off the 08'
The engine locked the wheel, not the other way around. Sounds serious though.
humm . you sure? maybe the wheel bearings locked up ? Before I did anything else Id either take it apart and looks to see whats going on or find a mechanic that can do it for you. Your gonna get 10,000 replies here and 9,999 are going to be wrong . And until you know you really wont know !
