In trying to think of ideas for a decal for my chopped tour pack. It just looks so naked back there. I was thinking of doing either a tank badge or something reflective. Problem is, I dont want it to look tacky. Anyone done anything to dress it up? Got pics? Lights would be cool but it's not always on and I don't wanna go through the PITA of making the wires plug and play.
I felt the same way, and I just priced the metal harley-davidson badge that comes on the new Road Glide Ultra tour pak. Thats what I'm thinking of doing. Check it out. BTW, I have the chopped tour pak as well, and I thought it would look pretty sharp. Haven't done it yet, I was hoping to see one on a chopped TP before I pulled the trigger. It's looks good on the full size TP though. Sorry, no picture. But you can see it on Harley's Web site if you pull up the new Road Glide Ultra and do the 360 degree view. Let me know what you think.

thats pretty sweet. pretty much exactly what i was looking for. a lot of things seem to be too small length-wise (story of my life lol) but this one looks ok.
that is stealth reflective tape above the medallion.
Only visible when light hits it. It's used on ghost police cars
thats cool, nice and simple. i like skulls but have none on the bike, so it doesnt go with the flow of mine. the tape is a great idea, but i have black cherry pearl, not vivid black.
