Default Rework

When getting your bike back from having some major service items done, how much rework should you have to do to get things right. I've had to reroute my new Clutch cable which was installed with the new clutch, which broke my auxiliary switch. Had to pull out my rear axial and reverse it's direction as I have single muffler so I don't have to pull it when changing rear tires, it was right when I took it in but they removed the rear tire to put on a new oil pan. Now after driving the bike the primary cover is leaking, they had it off to replace the clutch. This shop is known for excellent quality work but I'm just not sure how much rework I should expect as I've always done most of my own work in the past, Just didn't have the special tools for some of these repairs.

I would expect none! Rework is the sign of a sloppy mechanic.

I'd take it back and make them fix it all properly.

You really shouldn't have to do anything, the items you mentioned are already too much. When you take your bike to the shop for a minor or major repair, it should be returned ready to ride. The shop I go to even takes the bike out and rides it a few miles to check for issues.

"This shop is known for excellent quality "

If the above is true, take it back and make them aware of your issues, they will want to know that the tech who worked on your bike is not up to their standards.

the only rework you should have to do is adjust your mirrors

I would not have fixed any of it, take it back and let them do ALL the rework....
