2008 SG - Problem
All -
I have done some searching, but just wanted to confirm. I recently picked up a 08 SG about 2 weeks ago. I love the bike, but the only problem I notice is on the high around 76+ the bike feels and drives totally different. I start to feel a slight wobble and slightly uncomfortable feeling.
I understand that the old frame bikes have a problem with this, but want to be assured that this what I am feeling. I check tired pressure and the basics to rule that out also. It just had its 5k service so i know everything is up to snuff.
Lastly - i know they make stablizers to try an correct this but has anyone done one of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Harley-David...sories&vxp=mtr
Looks to be like a cheaper option to the tru trac system.
Thanks

There are at least a dozen brands of stabilizer kits, all promising to cure 'bagger wobble'. It would be easy to lose the will to live, trying to make sense of them all! While they may all be well made, they are not all well designed.
Erik Buell's original H-D design had a lateral stabilizer and True-Track was first out with a retro-fit kit. I have had two of them for several years and they are great.
