Question regarding Yaffe original apes... not MBB

Default Question regarding Yaffe original apes... not MBB
Can anyone with the Yaffe originals apes tell me how wide they are? Also do they run true to size height-wise, or do they run over like the Monkey bars? Again, talking about the 1" original apes, not the monkey bars. Thinking of going with 10's. Lastly, given that they are 1" bars, do they have any flex to them?

I just measured my 12" classic apes. They were 15" wide (inside right side of bard to inside left side). They were 12" from top to bottom. I have had mine on now for 10 days and do not notice any flex.
