Default Backrest ?

I ride a Street Glide an am thinking of getting a rider backrest. Anyone have any comments on what it's like riding with one...good or bad?

thanks much!

I love mine. I wouldn't ride without it. If I really want the stripped down cruiser look for around town or short hauls I remove it, but for long trips I would never ride without one again. Just my opinion though.

It's the best investment in comfort I made.

Mustang solo with drivers backrest. Don't use it around town, but the best investment I've made on the long hauls.

No negatives for me. Great on short and long rides and simple to install.

Love it. Really helps the lower back. Since it's removable you can take it off if you got a passenger with a healthy "organic back rest" built in. :-)

Sorry guys. I hate mine. I feel like I'm to far forward. I have the bracket mounted as far as possibleusing the holes they tell you not to use. I havnt givin up though, I'm thinking about bending it so it will lay back some. I love the idea of it.
