Widest rear tire?

Widest rear tire?
What's the widest wheel/tire that can be used -stock- on a Glide? I have a 2005 EG Standard, and the next step for me is bumping it up to 18" wheels (maybe with a 21" front, that's still in debate). I was looking at HogPro (and some other brands), and see they offer an 18" x 3.5" andand 18" x 4.25" rear wheel. To use the 4.25" rear, what modification(if any) would have to be made to accomodate?

I asked this question as well. Got my answer from Hog Pro. For therear, 4.25 is fine with a 150/70/18 tire. You can squeeze a 160, but need to offset the wheel on some applications.
I'm going to do the 150 tire on my 18 x 4.25 wheel.
The front, I am doing a 21 x 3.25 wheel, 120/70/21 tire. No mods for this.
