First thing you should do is get rid of the hypercharger. It's a cool looking piece of junk. Then get a good tuner with a good tune.
Yeah, I have been hearing that about the hypercharger. I would be alot more happy with the stock screamin eagle air intake but the dealer didnt have the original intake...I just checked the mileage yesterday after filling back up. I am up to 32 MPG...I was trying to control the right wrist action....I am so used to really twisting the throttle on my previous bike...I still have been hearing the 103 likes fuel....Not sure about the 103 that was stroked from a 88 in this bike back in 2003...
I have the same bike, except it's been upgraded. Still 103+.020" cr575 cams, etc. I get 39mpg 2up and twisting it up frequently.
I know you just got the bike, but PLEASE get the cam chain tensioners checked out, by a reputable shop. Mine had 6800 miles on it when I got it. We put 3k mi on it by the end of summer. I was doing the 10k service and decided to check the tensioners. They were toast. Have gear drives now and lots of other new parts. I didn't want to keep doing a little here and there, so $5k later (I did the mechanical work myself) it runs good and I don't have to worry about it.
You don't have to go as deep as I did, but getting the tensioner shoes checked is the least I would do, soon.

I have the same problem, but I'm pretty sure I create the problem, I get a little over 80 miles to the tank on my 103, it has a Thundermax EFI tuner, cams and RSD intake. But its rarely ridden under 3500 Rpm.
Not sure why you are worried about fuel milage. If it is cost, then nothing you can add is going to help that. Gasoline has same BTU in any grade. Ethanol. does reduce it slightly since there is not the same BTU in the 10% of it. But it it is a small deduction. Just staying out of WOT would produce way more MPG then eliminating ethanol.
And that little amount eliminates lead in the air and mosture in the tank by taking it into the engine.
Good luck deciding on what to do. If you add, do no more then what bottle says. Most of those additives will eat the filter sock off the fuelpump prefilter.
If our Navy's air craft carrier ran on gasoline, it would get 6" per gallon. The Nuclear helps greatly.
