So what. Why not add, cams, seats, exhaust, handlebars, tires and shocks just to name a few. Nobody made you select this thread.

Kills me how there are these wanna be macho biker dudes that think its so much of a sin to trailer a bike. I put over 20,000 miles a year on my bike. So if you dont, can I make fun of you.

When I bring in my bike for service or to have parts installed I trailer it. I don't have to arrange for rides from anybody when I drop off my bike! My trailer is invaluable to me! I also installed a Harley Cruiser Cradle wheel chock in the trailer which enabled me to load & unload the bike all by myself! Luv it!

I have neaver trailered any of the bikes I have ever owned but I have never broke down on the open road. If the need arises I will do whatever it takes to get the bike to wherever it needs to go.

Ohh... sorry, Superman. Didn't mean to make you feel bad about your weekly discussions about trailers, which oil is best, and the wave.

Sometimes I tow sometimes I ride.

I want to tow my Buell,Vrod and XR1200 to Sturgis to ride each one of them on the Iron Mountain Road and Needles Highway. But, I changed plans when I got the 12 RGC now I want to ride it to get the first long tour on it.

So, next year I will tow.

Everyone happy now?

Yes, you would have "earned" that right.
Hey!.....while you got my attention. If you trailered your touring bike 300 miles to go riding, and you woke up with your pants down and vaseline in your butt crack. Would you tell anybody ?

It's not the trailering that's the problem. It's the guy that jumps out of his vehicle pulling the trailer with his leather jacket and chaps on.
