I have a 2012 Street Glide. What plug/outlet is controled by the ACC switch and is it a switch only or is there power to the corresponding plug? I only see the one small black plug under the seat and it does not seem to be controled by the switch. Thanks in advance.....
Same on my 09. Under the seat is a plug with 4 pins.....there is a square rubber capped plug. With the ignition switched on....probe each of those pins (one of the 4 is a ground) then flick the acc dash switch on and off. You will see one of those leads will go on and off with the switch. Thats your controlled acc switch lead.
The other lead is constant on and the third hot goes on and off with ignition if I recall correctly.
I stole this from Mike M this is the one he posted and this is the plug.
Thanks for the quick replies. I havent found the plug yet, so it must be tucked in there somewhere. Time to break out the tools dig a little deeper....at least now I know what I am looking for. thanks again!
You guys are a wealth of information. This was something I never thought to look into but good to know just in case. Guess I need to create a new folder in my email for all this stuff.

I agree Mike...I have learned a lot from searching and just reading the new posts. My new SG is like learning everything all over again after owning an older carbed softail for quite a few years. Thanks to everyone here at HD Forums!
