For the record I put nothing but HD parts & accessories on my scoot! Thats just how it is! The quality is just better!
That will always be debatable, depends on the parts. Bling, maybe, maybe not, depends on the aftermarket manufacturer, mechanicals like engine parts, brake pads, clutch plates, aftermarket has far superior products, again, depends on the manufacturer.
Since this forum/website is not sponsored by the MOCO, I doubt the MOCO has any control over it. I come here specifially for that reason...to find out about stuff that is not HD authorized.
The Fuel tuner I ordered from Fuelmoto this morning is not HD authorized but since I am confident it is better than the HD SEPST I went with the better product.
BTW I also take my bike to my true and trusted Indy for everything except recalls and warranty work. I am sure he is not HD authorized either.
I was banned from a jeep forum website for simply stating I removed the cat from my old 88 Jeep Wrangler, I then stated when did this become a communist web site lol, that did it and I was banned forever lol.
Not so sure about that one, but did hear there were two blondes and a brunette walking down the street. The two blondes walked into a bar ................ the brunette ducked.

Now that is the stuff that makes this forum so good. Humor! I was silenced on this humorous forum site - for noting you could purchase electronic versions of service manuals. No link was implied or expressed, but I did reference that mega ebase web site that we all use from time to time. To bad MoCo does not make the referenced product. They could sell them and broaden there customer base! Duh! Ride safe and often and always question authority!
