Default Audio help needed,thoughts,etc...

Well, i think i am ready.....(with some help from you people) got all the stereo stuff purchased, amp (rf pbr300x2) kenwood deck, speakers for fairing as well as lowers,wire,solder,etc...now,a few questions just to make sure...I have an 09 Ultra Classic Tri-Glide, does the factory radio come out towards the front tire or rear(s)? What are the color codes in the factory harness for the rear speakers, power for deck? Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!! Also, for those who have mounted the amplifier to the top of the factory or aftermarket deck, any problems?? Or is it best to try to mount it elsewhere inside the fairing? This will be my first attempt to perform an install on a bike, however,i have done many on cars and trucks over the years. Thanks in advance for any info!!!

The factory radio pulls out toward the front tire. Just mount the amp on top of the new radio, velcro will hold it just fine. Can't help you with the wires.

jjnoble, I guess im just leary about using that mounting technique mainly because of the heat generated from the amp...but it does seem to be the popular choice!! Thanks!!
