In the end it will probably work out well for you...the clay bar will get it off the paint and
youll get your inner fairing painted on those fu**ers dime!! you'll be happy then!!

Odds are, you will have to be able to identify the workers. If the contractor doesn't want to go through her insurance company its probably because she is using illegal aliens at less than minimum wage to do the work despite the contract requirements for skilled painters.

That sucks! I would think the construction company would be liable for all the damage. I be mad as hell if someone did that to my car, if they did it to my bike I'd be devistated.

A local paper mill allowed acid smoke to spew from their stack one day many years ago, it cost them paint jobs for about 500 cars. In fact, they set one guy up in business just to do the work. The houses affected nearby were power washed and repainted as well, costly mistakes. Insurance I am sure will cover your incident if you have difficulty with the painter making good on his over sight.

Sorry man that is really stupid on their part. It will be like new when all is said and done.
As far as the lemons goes when life hands you lemons you get to go out and buy more CHROME Thats what im talking about LOL!!!
