well guess i wont be doing that test. will still try to blow some air in to cylinder to see it i get air back out valve, will check push rod turns if i get leakage then looks like head will be comming off .
There should be no leakage at the valves. Just make sure your on the compression stroke or take the rockers off. Only a slight leakage into the crank case from the rings.
Are you using se roller rockers? If you are the valve covers need to be clearanced.
