I just bought a set of 14 inch chubby bars and was wondering what length cables im going to need all replaced currently have 8 inch bars not sure what kind they are
hmmmmmm.....let's see.......14"-8" = 6" ......... take and measure your current cable length and add. tho', when I did a bar change, to 14" on my RKC, I did think/feel/wish the clutch cable I used could have been 2" longer.
GL with your bar change.

From your title...looks like you're on the wrong forum...
Have fun w/the new bars & watch the wires/connections when installing. So many riders mess things up (severely) with one bad connection/short. Easiest way to ruin your bike + day. Take it slow, follow instructions & BE PATIENT! Enjoy!
I think you have to add 1 inch for each inch of rise plus 1/2 the pull back. I believe this is the formula
4 inch rise plus 3 inch pull back = 4+1.5=5.5

Yeah +6 on both the brake line and clutch will accommodate the 14" apes. Don't forget you can't reuse the brake splitter under the tripletree, you will need to replace it as well.
