Yes there were some bad isolators in 2009 year there is bulletin TT407A. Dawg has link to bulletin in thread below.

Whatever, every tourpack shakes to some degree. Mine's 12 years old and it's still back there.

Dealer replaced the bad isolators on my '09 Ultra after I showed them the Technical Bulletin. Even though the Service Writer had never heard of the problem, the dealership had a large supply of isolators on hand. Just another one of those poorly designed/manufactured parts that H-D keeps quiet about until you need it replaced. I wanted them to replace all three isolators but they would only replace the ones that had actually separated. I'm sure I'll be visiting them again when the 3rd one goes.
