I'm curious as to why a limited is worth $2500 more than the ultra. I've looked and asked around locally and can't seem to come up with a resounding answer. Figured id turn to the vast knowledge of the forums!
The extra things the Limited have stock over the Ultra is.
ABS,security, heated grips, titanium gauges, different paint set up & badges, chrome wheels,tp rack,tp mount charger, and of course it use to be the only touring bike standard with the 103",but they are all standard with that now.
I think I remembered everything,if not I'm sure someone will chime in.

I love them, but could never figure out why they left the display to the Harmon Kardon the same red color. Clashes with the clean white light from the LED gauge. Gonna send it out to Iron Cross over the winter to make it match.

It's because the MOCO says that's what they're worth and people will continue to pony up the $$$ to say they own one. That's the only explanation I can think of.
Since they started putting the 103 motor in all the touring bikes, I really don't see any additional value in the Limited, especially since I wouldn't want any of the extra stuff they force you to get on it. Personally, I like the paint and trim lines much better on the regular Ultras too.
JMHO. Others may, and probably will, vary - and I respect that.
