ok, a couple really cool things learned in the past 10 minutes. Not that I hadn't already fallen in love with my SG over my RK. But pulling the seat strap is a 100 times easier on the SG than it ever was on the RK, and I have a cigarette lighter (power port for lots of things) on the SG. now, to finish up with the GPS. I can't believe I rode the RK for 7 years and never tried a SG. But then again, I knew the minute I did, I would want to trade in my RK. :-) Well worth the trade up. Love the SG.

oh, and I found the pigtail, it was tucked up under the seat! Thanks for the feedback folks.

Be careful when you use the cig/power port in the left side of the fairing. If you put something that is too long it will hit the tank.

Thanks for the pointers. I will go look right away

On one side there is a screw to take the strap off, don't need to undo the bolt.
