Paint Peeling on Tranny
Noticed the paint peeling on the top of my tranny where the assembly comes together. My buddy has the exact same bike and his is doing it too. Anyone else have this issue?

Not sure how to post a pic. I bought it with 7k on it so it may have been prior to me owning it.

Take a picture, and put it in your computer. Then when you post, click on the little paperclip at the top center of the reply box. On upload from your computer, click Browse and find it then upload. Or if you use a service like Flicker you can post it there and then select the Insert Image from this screen. Just below the paperclip. Then inset the URL of your flicker photo. Hope this helps.

please do... I have the same issue i noticed yesturday on my 02 road king, its just a little and barley noticible right now, but I wonder if its the same area..
Yes, I notice some the black wrinkle peeling off the top of my starter.
Wonder if this will be covered under my warrantee?

That looks like your starter...... just get one of the engine black touch up pens from your dealer.... easy fix.
While you're at it check the starter bolts....... and clean your chrome
