Default 2012 Street Glide
Hello, just bought my 1st Harley Davidson. Picked up a 2012 Street Glide this past Saturday. Just curious if there is anything I should know right out of the gate with this bike. So far (125 miles) I am just loving it and having a blast.

Make sure voltage regulator has been changed to updated one and watch for cracks in sidewall of front tire. Other than that ride.

Your next ride should double the miles already on the bike

Enjoy it. My 2012 SG is my first Harley as well. I love it more with every mile ride.

Congrats man on the Harley. The voltage regulator is what you should get checked out to be sure it's not one of the ones that are in the recall. The 1st 4 digits on the regulator is what you need to check. Mine is 0912. Which is the 9th week of 2012. Mine is the last week of the recalls.
