Placed an order for a S&S T 111 yesterday . Got a 2 into 1 fatcat and replacing the charging sytem to 30 amp for my 2000 road glide build . Caint wait to ride this thinging. Got a great deal from Mark @ M and M cycle in sandusky ohio.
you are going to love that motor; it is the coolest (temp) running motor I have ever had. The torque is excellent -- you can run well into triple digits. do you have EFI or Carb?

EFI comes with the upgrade and S&S pro tuner 52 mm throtle body and a better oiling system should be great. Plus 2 year waranty. Also mobile 1 oil. What oil are you running . The instructions say i should change @ the first 50 miles then 500 and 1500 if i read it corectly.

What clutch are you running with your motor ? Was thinking of adding the H D screaming eagle clutch spring any thoughts on this ?
You will probably want to be sure you have a good source of replacement tires. Also, be ready for LEO tickets. Somehow, that throttle will get opened up a bit wider than you really anticipated from time to time. Also, you might want to consider changing out your first gear in the tranny for one a little bit taller, otherwise you're going to go through 1st gear so fast it will be red lining faster than you can shift.
The HD clutch spring is a must for this application. You'll burn up you clutch without it.
