I have them and like the looks. I think it fills in the hole on that side of the motor.

Whether you go with the chromed or finnedspark plug bridges, like others have stated, they really finish off the LH side of the motor. At bike rally's,most of the bike's don't have them.

The after market fillers I saw were not compatable with EFI on TC88. Is this fiction?

My 96 EVO has them, but they are the type that slide over the plug.

I've had them on my RKC for about a year, I like them, they kind of finish off that area.

I just put them on. Chrome - they look great. Haven't updated sig pic. Purely cosmetic. "Patient" install - you can only turn the allen wrench a little bit each time.

I know of at least one other use for the covers: Tilly's, among other customizers, sometimes use them to help "stealth" compression releases when the "sleeper" build is the main factor. In fact, Tilly's published a build in one of the motorcycle magazines last summer where the bridge-bolt covers were used for no other reason than to help stealth out the comp. releases. I'll have to dig around and see if I can find that article; I think it was for a 113" build.

Ride till' the freak's on,
