Re-map?
I am sorry, there are not. 2007 and up.
Buy a Power Commander for that 06....Take a look in the back of most any Harley or Indy shop that has a Dyno for tuning. Note the name is usually Dunojet and Power Commander is made by the same. You would be hard pressed to find a place where you cannot get support for Dynojet products. And you really don't need support if you have a laptop and a USB cable to download programs. There have been so many bike tuned with these that there are proven programs available online for most builds. And if you have an odd build and can jet a carb you can create your own map
I spoke to HD Service tech and he said the Stage 1 download would open the bike up better by taking off the rev limiter, bike run cooler with a better AFR. Was he BS me?
Xieds sound like a cost effective way to get the bike to run better. Plus if something goes wrong, I can easily disconnect it and go back to the original configuration and save my warranty!
I have rush 2.0 slip-ons on the way and may go with a HD stage 1 AC that the service tech gave me a good price on...about $146 and considering Xieds. Alot of people on this forum are very happy with the Xieds installed. Not trying to break the wallet if I dont have too. Looking to put my money in a progressive 1" lowering kit front and rear and wild 1 8" pullbck drag bars.

I am new to the closed loop EFI Delphi system and it sounds like ther are benefits to Xieds. They seem to be simple plug and play and that may be good enough for you, you will not have the ability to modify ignition timing though which is required to get all you can out of the new bike. For me I went the Power Commander 5 path, based on past experience with my '03 and the PC USB3 which is not a closed loop system. I purchased my PC-5 for less than $300 on the internet, shipped to my door in a couple days. Spent 30 minutes or so installing and went to the internet to look up the suggested program for my 12 limited. Put it on my laptop and plugged it in and wooohooo, you would not believe the difference. I have been running Power Commanders for many years with no issues. I do make my own maps for my 03 as it is highly modified, I started with a base map and went from there. Botom line is if you have ever jetted an S&S shorty or Super and can make the coorelation between low mid and high jets and a fuel map you can make your own custom programs.IMO
