SG runs shorter rear shocks than either RG 12" vs 13". RG Ultra has a taller seat
road glide custom has the same 12'' shocks as the street glide. dont know why the difference is ground clearance. same front suspension, same rear suspension, should be the same.
RG and SG are the same bike with a different faring.
The Rg/SG have the lower shocks while RGU has full size.
RGU come with the standard touring seat but it is marked LOW on the pan it is about 1/2 inch lower.
If you roll the clock back to 2007 the RG had full size shocks and not the shorter ones like the SG. Also the 2007 RG did not have the filler on the rear.
The 2011 and new RGU do not come with the filler but it will bolt on.
On the RGU many just bolt on Progressive 940's they are a to drop 1 inch it will give you one more inch of footing.
For 2011 the SG Flhx list a 18 inch front tire
The RG Fltrx has a 18 inch
The RGU Fltru has a 17 inch
All have a 16 inch rear
This would account for what you seeing
