Default 06 RK front header pipe ?

Dealer did a cam,cam chain adjuster, and oil pump upgrade on my
06 RK and four K miles later the cam chest cover is leaking badly.
Front header pipe makes it difficult to get to a couple of the lower
cover bolts, so question is will I have to remove the entire right side
exhaust system, so as to be able to install a new gasket.

I have true duals, I always removed the front pipe when I took off the cam chest cover to check the tensioners.

I also ran a thread chaser in the bolt holes and used a pipe cleaner or Q-tip to make sure there was no oil in the bolt holes before replacing the cam chest cover. I sprayed some parts cleaner on the Q-tips, then used some dry ones. Blue loc-tite on the cam cover bolts....Inspect the mating surfaces, cam chest and cam cover.

I used the service manual for tightening sequence and torque values.

I did this with the bike on the kickstand, you will lose some oil, not too much. I put some plastic under the cam chest/over the frame.
I did this job several times (checking the tensioners) I think I used a new gasket every other time.

I always used a new exhaust gasket.
