Take a small center punch and make a punch on the bolt head at about 10:00.
Then angle the punch about 45 degrees down and keep tapping it counter clockwise until it breaks free.

Did you get it fixed?

If you stripped a T-27 ( yea, nobody here has done that ... like when I tried reading my inch-pound torque wrench without my glasses and only saw newton scale ) ...

You might try GENTLY tapping in a T-30

Your spanish is not bad!! lol yeah I stripped a T-27 on the derby cover I will try to post pics, thanks!!

You might try gently tapping in a t-30
did that already, didn't work!!

I rounded out not one but two of the screws. Drilled off the head and the cover came right off, then I was able to grab what was left of the screws with needle nose and back them out.
