The pad comes with a mount, so unless you are looking for something uber fancy, there is no need to order a new one.
As an aside, I do have a jumbo pad and mount I am looking to sell (pretty much brand new - went on two day rides with the wife and we swapped to the medium sized one. It has no blemishes.). I didn't look at your part numbers so I'm not sure what size you were looking to purchase. You can PM me if interested.
My luggage rack is the $249 Air Stream (I think that is what they call it... it's the basic one). Not sure if there is an HD rack cheaper than that - unless of course you go aftermarket.
I have one eBay that ends in 13 hours or so. However would need four point docking hardware. Most of the backrest on eBay are going really high which prompted me to sell mine since adding the tourpak.
TBP's got ya covered...4-point's if you plan to add the luggage rack, or another accessory behind the passenger backrest. If not, don't waste the dough.
Get the 4-point and be done with it. It only costs $50 more. As sure as you plan to never need a 4-pt. something will change and you'll need the 2-up luggage rack.

Don't ask me how I know.
Yep, been there too.
If you buy the 2-point now (for backrest only), you'll end up replacing it with the 4-point later on when you want to add a luggage rack, or tour pack.
Make sure you get the right height. Depends on the thickness of your passenger seat/pillion. I had the short backrest with my stock seat. When I upgraded seats it was too short and didnt give my wife any support (or sense of security). Had to move up one size taller. Now it fits her where the other one did. Life is good again.
