Not much different from 2011 really for my RGU 2011 already had 103 engine ABS and all standard.. One major difference is numbers HD is holding back on production of the 2013 so there will not be the left overs like 2012.
I am waiting for my 2013 RGU in RED
Yep... Harley isn't known for big changes every model year, and personally I prefer it that way. You can still wait for the Anniversary Edition paint schemes and badge, but I'd rather see the engineers tweak a good platform rather than going for "different" . I don't understand why color selection is always so limited - I would have LOVED a 2012 Sedona Orange SG - but there it is.
What hype? What anxiety? What suspense? Just what where you expecting?
You not "one of those" that really thought you'd get water cooling or 110" motor for 2013 are ya?
I want expecting anything. I bought a 12 limited in June. The hype and suspense is what I gathered from people on this forum for the last two months. I wasn't expecting anything. Just seems that about of other people would end up disappointed.
On a good note, since there arent any real major changes, it is a good year to wait and buy a left over 12 for a good price while the 13's hit the showroom floors.

Yep that works great, bought my 12' RGU last night for a better price then I got from same dealer 3 months ago, and best part it was the exact same bike still sitting in the same spot of the dealer
