The 10th digit in the VIN has been changed to a "D" on all 2013 modles.
Dude, what did you expect? Are you new to Harley's? Colors are a big deal to some people. The anniversary editions came out. A brand new model (the Breakout) came out. Better tire option for touring bikes with 21's came out. Stereo system for an RK came out. Windshield with a vent came out. That is off the top of my head. That's quite a lot for Harley. What did you expect???
Oh, and I forgot all about the special SOA bikes!!!
Somehow the 2013 limited managed to gain 10lb. on my 2012 limited. Went from 901lb ready to ride to 911lb.................scales get adjusted or what the........
If you want revolutionary changes every year, HD is not for you. Harley's last big introduction was the V-Rod and that was over ten years ago. I bought a '12 RK just before the '13's came out (vivid black even), virtually no changes. Life is good!
