You need to post the dealers name, so peeps in your area know they are a dealer to trust with their bikes

Guys, who even believes that nut came off the guy's bike?

Wouldn't put it past any dealer to pull some nonsense and pull out a potentially damaging part, from some place other than the bike being worked on, to make the owner feel good about spending that money and hope they keep coming back.
