I have a 96" with Andrews 48H and I enjoy the ride.
Maybe next time I will get the Fuel-Moto 107".

My bike dynoed 82hp, and 92 tq with the heavy breather and a super trap 2 into 1 will there be enough power increase for the extra money? If so how much power diifernce would there be?
Andi have searched and searched and got mixed reviews.. seen some 96s making as much power as 103 and 107s thanks for the help.
No comparision. Do the FM107 kit. The extra bump in compression, Woods cams and extra cubes will be hard to beat by a 96" no matter what you do. The FM107 kit is really well put together kit with excellent strett manners. Its hard to see when comparing dyno charts how good this kit is. It runs like a dream in my Ultra around town and on the highway. My FM107 kit dynoed at 106 hp / 121 tq

BTW - I my '02 RKC was a 95" big bore twin cam, with a S&S 510G cam and stage 2 heads. It was a GREAT running bike. It dynoed at 91 hp / 97 tq. The FM107 kit in my Ultra would blow it away in any performance test; dyno charts, fuel milage, driveability, 50-70 mph...you get the idea.

Drop the coin and get the FM107 kit. You won't be disappointed.

so the increase does make a diff
I would go with TW222 cams in that new 103, broader range than 255 and the torque and hp # are better. Check Fuelmoto site. Just my $0.02

I researched and flip flopped for about a year before pulling the trigger on my 107. After I did it I can't imagine not doing it, it is that good. Totally transformed the bike. It dynoed by Fuel Moto at 112HP/122TQ and I'm running stock headers with Monster Ovals. Not to mention it was 100 F the day it was dynoed. Just look at the torque curve, you couldn't ask for more.

Any engine work is improved by increasing compression. Swapping stock cylinders/pistons for bigger ones gains a few cubes, while also increasing compression. Well worth doing!

jjkrueg's torque curve is great and demonstrates the benefit of a finely balanced set of components.

It was worth it for me, and I would do it again.

I have not really posted about my experience with the upgrade until now because I wanted to get some miles on the bike. Now that I have ridden since February I feel I have enough experience with the build to comment.

I have about 6,000 miles on the motor since the upgrade, and I have no problems.

-more power throughout
-very smooth throttle response with no decel popping. Their dyno tune seems to be spot on.
-lots more on the top end.

I do not need the dyno sheet to know the combination works for me.

Thumbs up to FM.

My before dyno is included. Before was an air cleaner, and Bub7 2-1 pipe w/ a PC5.
After - FM107 with same air cleaner and pipe.

OK well y'all talked me into it!!
Got a price from a really good tuner and mechanic Rons Performance in Alabama for 3k for parts and labor and a dyno tune and thats for FM b heads also. That sound about right?
I already have my dynojet commander . Harley heavy breather and my supertrapp 2 to1. Maybe I can make some big numbers too!! Thanks
