Finally after a whole month of my ride being down. Finally got it back together. the bike sounds so amazing. I have never heard or seen these mufflers in my city. Purchased them after seeing them on this forum & youtube. Installed a set or Power Duals & CFR's (old style) & a PCV with a map from Eastern Performance already installed. Bike runs great. No stumble or decel pop. Lost a small amount of torque, but i'm cruising & not racing so it really doesn't matter to me. My clutch side pipe is sticking out a little further than the brake side. I'll adjust that when i get time. Should i pull the brake side muffler out as far as the other one? Or push the clutch side in to match the brake side?
Congrats! I have pretty much the same set-up except that I went with Dresser Duals vs. PD. My bike runs and sounds great too.
You align the 2 mufflers the way you like. Mine are almost flush with my rear fender bumper.
Personally, I like how your right muffler is mounted but that's just me.

I noticed the difference the way the two sit on my dual headers, too. I actually took mine off and stood them up on end on the garage floor. It looked like one was a tad bit longer, so I switched them around on the headers. They are pretty close now. One thing you have to do when matching them up is to make sure you don't leave one too far back on the header that air may leak after the clamp is bolted down. You also don't want to go too far in as the end of the heatshield on the header could leave a mark on the muffler.
Thanks for all the comments. I just checked my mufflers. There's a small bit if brown discoloration right near the clamps. I did not use new clamps and I think that's the problem. Going to pick up 2 new HD torca clamps & some Permatex muffler sealant. I think that should do the job. My old clamps never torqued out.

I wouldn't use the sealant unless you actually have a leak that you can't seal with the new clamps. Even then, I would rather try a pipe expander over a sealant if you still have a leak. Use a little anti-seize on contacting surfaces to push those mufflers where you want them a bit easier.
