I was problably the one you listened to. I have 3-3 on my FLHTK with no problems. I might of spaced the shocks out an 1/8 to clear the damper ****.

As far as calling the company's, well Howard would have had a stroke if I had asked him about a lowering kit with the Ohlins shocks and yes I dropped the ball for not calling LA Choppers.
Hopefully my slight lose and info posted here will help others in the future.
