Surdyke has them right now for $799.96 with a Msrp: $999.95. You could get around $200.00ish for yours as HD does not require a core. They could be covered under your warranty if you go with the HD heads. You can get the work done cheaper on your own heads. You just wouldnt have the "Screamin Eagle" on the heads. That would not be important to me but may be to others. I personally am still debating on which route to go. My bike is still under warranty.

These "CNC Ported Factory Heads" also do not have any Screamin' Eagle markings on them. Stock factory head castings are sent over to Wegner for porting, decking, valve work and assembly. They're stealthy.
Do they have any provision for compression releases? I am looking at a set for a 95" build. The pic in the 2013 SE catalog shows the auto compression hole. I need the manual compression hole. Just wondering if it is already drilled, like the old se heads were.

I would suggest speaking with a few different engine builders. You can get more bang for your buck with one of them doing your stock heads then what Harley is offering.
