I have a 2010 Ultra abd I have to move the ignition swith around to certain spot to get starter to engage.Is there an adjustment on switch or is this just another faulty Harley part I will have to replace?ThANKS

 

I have heard of people repairing them, but replacement is relatively inexpensive. Still under warranty?

 

Not under warranty.I guess this must be another Chinese part MOCO is using.

 

I had to change the ign. switch on my '05 EG Classic last year, as once in a while it would NOT shut off when I turned it to the OFF position, unless I wiggled it a tad.
New one only ran around $70 as I recall, and was purdy easy to install.
I wouldn't try to "repair" it, as the way it's built there's really no way for repair.
