Default Intake Question

I have an 04 Road King with an 88 ci engine. I have recently had some issues with my heads so I replaced them with some 96 ci heads, that I got the hook up on. Everything was going great until I went to install my air filter. Seems to be the only difference in the two heads. The intakes aren't the same. If I purchase an intake for the 96 will it fit on my 88 lowers?

You can use the original intake manifold. These are the part numbers of the intake flanges and seals you will need for using the newer (06 up) cylinder heads part # 17192-06 & 17193-06 on an older bike*symmetrical intake flange, part number 26993-06, manifold seals , part number 26995-86B. I got this from another forum's post. Hope this helps.
