Last saturday my 2009 streetglide wouldn't start....put it on the battery tender, still couldn't get it to fire....ended up having a bad pigtail from my battery tender.....I then bump started it at the time, thinking the battery was bad and rode about 100 miles that day...i then tried to start it a day later and it started, but barely....a day after that, i tried to start it again and no start this time....I had the battery tested at harley and it was fine...I have just started throwing the following codes c0562, u1040, and b1006....I also left the battery in the bike overnight with the amp from the fairing disconnected to the battery and today it started.....anybody know what i am dealing with here...fyi, all connections on the battery were cleaned as welll...
U1040-Loss of ABS serial data. C0562 is a low voltage issue with the ABS module. B1006 is displayed when accessory line voltage is greater than 16.0V for longer than 5 seconds. Check your Voltage Regulator see what it is charging at Idle and above 3000rpm. Could be the root cause of your problems. Also check your battery cables and wiring from stator to regulator and out from regulator. You will need a multi-meter to check voltage while running. Hope this helps and gives you a direction to go in.

Have you replaced the pigtail and let the battery fully charge? All the symptoms you describe are from a low battery. Charge it up and keep it on the tender (with a good pigtail) if you're not riding it regularly.
Lastly, your tender should have lights to show that it's fully charged or taking a charge. A bad pigtail should give you a different indication on the charger itself.
