Default Lift

I think I may have found my bike lift, I saw these tonight at the Iron Horse in Daytona Beach, I was very impressed with the stability and quality.

Comparable to a good table lift but both wheels are off the surface without the need for a secondary jack plus it lifts the bike 4 feet.

I just don't see any reason to life a bike that hight up into the air. I'd save some cash and get a Pitbull or a J&S lift.

Default work on the other side

FOR the money you can get an electric handy. I have several table bike lifts & the electric is safer by far and you an adjust to any height for different functions. I do not think hanging your bike on a hydraulic cylinder is too safe without a stop which this unit may have. It may be difficult always stepping over the legs. I also have a 2 tone capacity cherry picker that has a swivel & you can hang by straps to turn the bike while suspended. You do have to tie it off for rotation. If here is a necessity for this item than by all means look carefully at it. Everyone is different. If it folds up than there is a space savings advantage over a table for sure.

I also find it waaayyyy too expensive for my needs...don't need a scoot to go THAT far up.....'sides, I have a pit in my barn.....3-1/2 ft. w x 5 ft. dp & YES, 22 ft. long....so I do NOT have any trouble doin' 'bout anything I need wif dat AND my Craftsman 1500# lift (got dat on sale for $79 many years ago, and hasn't failed me once!)

I am 6'4" and find the lower lifts to be to low for me so have been looking at table lifts that go to about 4 feet, this lift has seven locking points at different heights but I agree the legs may be a pain to step over if moving around the bike, an electric is a worthwhile consideration and Titan do one that is well specced at $1500

Nice lift but too expensive. And, why would you want to raise the bike that high? Seems there are some safety issues as well. Pitbull or J&S lifts seem to do the same thing at a third of the price. IMHO.
