I am 5' 10" about 150# but when I mount my bike and pull it up from kickstand position to ride it seems to hurt my mid back from torqueing it upright. What is the proper way to lift Harley from kickstand to riding position? Maybe I am doing something wrong by pulling it up by handgrips while on it and using my weight.

Is Your Bike new? A Few years ago, I read that the MOCO would replace the jiffystand with a slightly longer one to lift the bike off the stand easier. This was done if the customer requested it. Might check with Your dealer.
Try pointing you left toe in toward the bike when you pick up the weight. Helps you use that left thigh muscle instead of your back.
You put your left toe in, your right toe out, and then you shake it all about.
Do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around.
Thats what it is all about.
I didn't even think about it, but after watching the video, I realized that my front wheel and fairing are always straight and then I use my left thigh to help push it upright.
