Its cool to see someone excited about sending their seat to me to be modded. I started Mean City 3 years ago this coming March. I have gone from the basic reshaping to adding memory foam to the seat, to doing studding of stock seats and starting this week will be offering replacement and custom covers. Its been a fun ride so far and the future looks pretty bright with intrest growing every day and after 21 years ofupholstering for the big companies its allotmore fun doing it this way. Thanks for the support guys. Thanks, Allen
looks like you all are pretty happy with his work. I just sent thema pm with pics of my 02 FLHTC to get the right fit suggestions. Thanks for including his link.

I got mine back Saturday.......It's great. No more switching seats.
How did you send yours? I just mailed mine off via UPS and was surprised when it was over twice the cost that Allen had me include for return shipping via FedEx. I had wanted to ship 3 day for faster turn around but that would have been something like $150! Yikes.......
I used USPS Priority 2nd day air and it cost around $20-25 if my memory is correct. I find for most things the good old US Mail is hard to beat. I use it exclusivly when I sell on e-bay and you also get tracking and service has been great.
Well - you're a lot closer than I am too! Guess I shoulda expected a steep tag to go clear across the country. I'm sure it will be worth every cent once I get it back and sit lower and much more comfortable.

They were probably trying to charge you for a oversized box which a box that the seat will fit in is big but my most shipping standards its not oversized..gotta watch the counter help
